The Rosslyn Lofts recently underwent an extensive $15 million rehabilitation. Construction has been completed and the first units were delivered in July 2009. Renovations included upgrading the common areas, new appliances, floor & window coverings, plumbing, electrical, and bathroom & lighting fixtures.
